I Get it

I get it. I had the same thought after I’d received that blessing about the Monday through Friday job. I prayed about it and asked if I should just apply for another job. The answer was no. Sorry, but it was.

You think I’m trying to milk the system, believe it or not, I really care. I care about the morale of my coworkers above anything else. I care about making production numbers and keeping quality standards up and I fully believe that morale has a lot to do with it. I have ideas to change both.

If I could leave I would, believe me, but I can’t. This is what I need to do, and you need to make it right. I have every intention of giving you my all. You have my word on that. If it ends up that I can’t produce, I promise you that I’ll quit. My ego won’t accept failure. It’s not in my nature.
