Pay Attention

For the dudes who were mocking me by saying “you can’t leave, our line is down” as I left. Engineers don’t fix machines. If the line mechanic can’t fix it, the floater is called, if the floater can’t do it the EM is called. If it’s a programming issue, the programmer is called and so on and so forth. If the engineer has anything he/she needs done, they call the engineering tech. Engineers basically manage the line to ensure production and quality objectives are being met and delegates accordingly…
