So, my boss just got fired. What do I think? I think he didn’t act any worse than anyone else. I feel sorry for him because I liked the guy. I think he acted unethically, but I think that goes for everyone, whether directly involved or not.
Management should not be sharing details about their employees. Period. It’s a breach of confidentiality. This place breeds bad behavior and gossip. I can assure you that my boss wasn’t the problem.
Three members of my management are no longer with the company or have transferred to a different location. This may seem like ‘problem solved.’ But it is not. I never asked for anyone to be fired. I’m only asking for change. Make good decisions and do the right thing.
